From Assistant to Creative Services Coordinator

When I joined TopFire Media in 2022 I started out as the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO Matthew Jonas. I delivered administrative and clerical support from Lead follow up, drafting and sending proposals, email marketing and managing the customer relationship management system.

As the Creative Services Coordinator, I managed client relationships, coordinated marketing campaigns, and led a team of creative professionals. I was responsible for ensuring smooth client onboarding and operations. My projects included web design, e-book design, advertising, and social media services. I oversaw asset collection and organization, provided creative direction for graphic and web design, and developed social media strategies. I guided the social media and design teams to ensure consistency with client strategies and brand guidelines. Additionally, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines, uphold standard operating procedures, and educate both my team and TopFire Media clients on best practices, contributing to our success in franchise lead generation marketing.
